Great Meadow Federal Credit Union has been informed that TruStage, one of our insurance and financial-services partners, is responding to a cybersecurity incident affecting portions of its technology environment.
This incident occurred within TruStage’s systems. GMFCU’s core processing system, online and mobile banking, debit and credit cards, and member accounts have not been affected.
GMFCU works with TruStage in connection with GAP protection, Mechanical Repair Coverage, and certain insurance-marketing services. At this time, TruStage has not confirmed that GMFCU member information was accessed, acquired, or misused. Its investigation remains ongoing.
Some TruStage services, claims, and support functions may experience delays while systems are restored. Members needing assistance with a TruStage-related product may contact GMFCU or TruStage at 844-958-8910 or visit https://www.trustage.com/outage/individual.
Members should remain cautious of unsolicited emails, text messages, or telephone calls requesting passwords, account credentials, payments, or other sensitive information.
