You can now handle any inquiry in real-time and natural voice with “Joy,” our new conversational banking assistant. Joy can assist you with any transaction through online and mobile banking all while using natural language.
Instantly and easily ask for account balances, transaction history, and other account information. Joy can help you transfer money, set up payments and more. You can even instruct Joy to alert you when deposits or withdrawals are made – all within the perimeters you setup with Joy.
