Get Ready for a Better Digital Banking Experience

In December, Great Meadow Federal Credit Union will launch a new and enhanced digital banking experience. There will be some new and exciting features for you to explore— read on to learn more about these upgrades!

  • PLEASE NOTE: Online and Mobile Banking will not be available from December 9-11th while we make the updates. Our staff will be training on December 10th in preparation for the launch, so our branches will also be closed that Saturday. 

New Dashboard

One of the most secure solutions available, Great Meadow’s digital banking offers robust self-service options for members while offering high-tech, one-to-one service. There’s one home for payments, a simple account view, an advanced transaction search, and card control options.

Money Management

Wave goodbye to debt. Set up and track your financial goals, watch your progress, and enjoy your wins. You can also examine your spending trends and get recommendations for the best budget for you.

Credit Score Monitoring

Take advantage of a comprehensive credit score analysis, full credit report, monitoring, and personalized offers — all from one dashboard! You’ll learn what impacts your credit score and what you can do to strengthen it.

How to Enroll

You will be notified when the conversion will take place where you will not have access to Bill Pay on a few select days. Don’t worry, you won’t have to set up your automatic payments again, but you will need to re-enroll into online or mobile banking. Enrollment in one automatically applies to the other. Here’s how:
  • Open online banking or the mobile app
  • Click on enroll
  • Accept terms and conditions
  • Provide identification (date of birth, social security number and membership number)
  • Create a new User ID
    • Must be at least five characters (no spaces)
    • Must include at least 1 number and 1 letter
    • Not case sensitive
    • No special characters
  • Create a password
    • Password must be between 8 to 30 characters in length
    • Must include at least 1 number and 1 letter
    • Must include at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
    • Special characters are permitted
  • Set your contact preferences (email or phone number)
    • You will be prompted to send a code to your contact preference
  • Input code to verify
